I love checking back in on Adam The Velcro Suit's Flickr because I know I'll find some really solid show flyers, clever illustrations, and old-time styled posters.  His recent work doesn't fail to impress, just like our two previous posts that you can also check out here and here.

OFWGKTA - Hip Hop From Adolescent Hell

If A Tribe Called Quest grew up drinking Four Loko, they might sound like Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All. Thankfully, these guys managed to avoid getting the "hip-hop-is-dead" memo 'cause they've released eleven albums in the last two years. The leader of the collective, Tyler (@fucktyler), does a heavy amount of production, beat making, and lyrical swagging. After huffing teen spirit in LA, NYC, and London, they made it into this year's Coachella line up.

Free Moral Agents Show Flyer by Pedro Martinez

We haven't posted one of those random-show-flyers-we-come-across-that-are-actually-cool in a long while, but here's a pretty nicely done one for the Free Moral Agents playing at The Blue Cafe in Long Beach.  While some people might get all nit picky over certain details in this flyer, I think it works as what it is: disposable art that is used to get attention and produced in a quick and efficient manner.

Cool Flyer for Tycho's Upcoming Live Shows

Tycho's designer alter-ego ISO50 made this pretty cool flyer for his upcoming shows in Seattle, New York and Toronto.  My mind was blown away at the Ghosly A/V Showcase a couple months ago, I highly recommend checking him out if you can.  More info here at ISO50's blog.

An embarrassing but honest confession: every couple of weeks I check up on Adam The Velcro Suit's Flickr to see if he has any new designs.  The gig posters and illustrations by this designer also known as Adam Hill from Cape Town, South Africa are so bold and so well done.
