Jazz Feldy

Jazz Feldy is a Melbourne-based designer who has done work for Bloc Party, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Interpol, Franz Ferdinand, Damien Rice, and The Libertines, to name a few. He tends to have a unique color scheme to his pieces that make them really stand out, and his vectored silhouettes add to the clean compositions.

Ames Bros

The Ames Bros. Have been designing the posters for Pearl Jam's concerts for 13 years. The illustrations they put out are very unique, and the way they organize the typography into planes and as parts of illustrations are amazing. All of their work is real eye candy, but you should definitely check out the book Pearl Jam vs. Ames Bros. for the full range of different ideas that make you wonder how those pictures got into their head in the first place.

Buna

This Japanese native puts out some very unique compositions that make his flyers really stand out. Many of his pieces intertwine a very hand-crafted, personal feel - because Buna really produces stuff that is hand made sometimes. While his abstract/organic/graffiti pieces are really enjoyable, he really is able to produce different styles and themes very well.

Vestibule

Vestibule, a design studio in Brooklyn, produced these very clean flyers. Clean, contrasting colors and a great use of space and typography.

Paula Scher

Another landmark designer, Paula Scher's posters for the NY Public Theatre were amazingly popular. Her extremely unconventional and attractive typography compositions. With a style that is loud and out there, she more recently had a humorous anatomy of a blog in the NY Times and also designed some nice decor for the first pay/public bathroom in Madison Square Garden.
